Here is Lauren from Amaryllis Farm Equine Rescue, Inc in New York.
She is a 2003 14.2+ QH mare, green broke and smart. She hates being in a stall and much prefers 24 hour turnout with a run in shed. She is an active horse and can be pushy with lesser horses. She would excel with a small adult rider who wanted to ride often.

Here is Big Poppy aka Fabio from ReRun, Inc in New York.
Big Poppy is a 4yo Thoroughbred and stands 16 hands.
We call him Fabio because, although he is a racehorse, his handlers left his forelock so long it is down to his nostrils! He is sound, and very flashy, and ready to go to a good home. ReRun took him in when the alternative was to see him go to New Holland. For further info, call 732-521-1370 or 215-272-6717.

Here is Chrissy from Indiana Horse Rescue.
Chrissy was out on foster and had some hands on experience! She is a sweetheart who just has never had any training. She leads well, has had a saddle on her back with no problems, and picks up her front feet. She still needs a lot of work on training her to pick up her rear feet. She has been blanketed and is up to date on her shots and current Coggins.Don't miss this girl - she is going to be a nice horse - with just a little more work!

Meet Nova (on the left) from Spring Creek Horse
Rescue in Colorado. Nova is a 21 year old, grey, 14 hand
registered Egyptian mare. Nova is sound, but was never
broke to ride. She is a very sweet mare who has no health problems
and has never been abused. The reason she is in the rescue
is that her owner passed away.
Next to Nova is her friend, Shamus. Shamus
came from the same home as Nova. He is a 23 year old, grey,
Polish gelding. He is a people lover who is sound and
healthy. He is also not broke to ride.
Update on Shamus:
I just received word that Shamus has been
diagnosed with a brain tumor. He is no longer up for
adoption. The staff and volunteers at Spring Creek Horse
Rescue could really use your thoughts and prayers as they help
Shamus through this.
Both of these horses are Free to an Approved
Home!

Meet Jocko, he is a welsh/shetland pony, 38
years old. Jocko has no back teeth so we have to blend his food
for him. He has been with us 2 years this month and is a permanent
resident at TLHR. His age is really beginning to show but he still
eats and drinks real good, and still moves pretty good. He has his
bad days but not to many of them. He is so much loved and very,
very spoiled.
